NASA SEWP VI
Cyber Range Solutions, Inc. (CRS) is a NASA SEWP VI Contract Holder providing a broad range of information technology products, software, cybersecurity solutions, cloud and network infrastructure, and related technical and professional services to Federal Government customers.
SEWP VI Overview
NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract providing Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual solutions and services to Federal agencies and their approved contractors.
SEWP is designed to provide Government customers access to a broad range of commercial technology solutions and IT services while allowing Contract Holders to continually add new technologies to their contracts as customer requirements evolve.
SEWP VI includes three scope categories:
Category A – ITC/AV Solutions
Category B – Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions
Category C – Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions
Ordering Process
Each Federal agency establishes its own internal process and documentation requirements for purchases made through SEWP.
Generally, the ordering process begins when an end user identifies a requirement and prepares a Purchase Request. The request, together with the necessary funding information, is sent to the agency’s procurement office.
The issuing agency’s procurement office then issues the Delivery Order. Any valid Federal Agency Delivery Order form and associated Delivery Order number may be used.
The NASA SEWP Program Management Office does not issue Delivery Orders. The SEWP PMO reviews, processes, and tracks issued Delivery Orders and forwards them to the appropriate Contract Holder.
Agency Contracting Officers are responsible for complying with any agency-specific policies applicable to orders placed through Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts.
Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes
SEWP VI is a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. Contractors are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b), including through the NASA SEWP online Request for Quote tools.
Products and solutions offered in response to formal SEWP RFQs must be available on the Contract Holder’s SEWP contract and included in the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued.
When responding to a Government customer, CRS will clearly state the validity period of its quotation and will honor orders submitted within that stated period.
